This month we hit several internal milestones worth sharing publicly. Here's a quick summary of where the platform stands as of late April 2026.

Uptime

April uptime: 99.97% across all four platforms (Android, iOS, Huawei, H5). The single brief outage on April 12 lasted 8 minutes during scheduled maintenance and was announced 48 hours in advance.

Performance

  • Average login time: 1.4 seconds (down from 2.1s in March)
  • Average page load: 0.9 seconds on 4G connections in Malaysia
  • OTPQ code delivery: under 5 seconds for 99.2% of requests

User growth

We added 14,200 new registered users in April, our highest monthly total of the year. Most growth came from organic word-of-mouth in Malaysia (62%), with the rest split between Singapore (18%), Indonesia (12%), and other markets (8%).

Recent improvements

  • Shipped A9Today v2 with major performance improvements (separate post)
  • Added Bahasa Malaysia translations for the support center
  • Improved the registration flow on Huawei devices specifically
  • Fixed a payment retry bug affecting some Maybank2u transactions
